Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability goals and design preferences.
Develop sustainable architectural plans and designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Incorporate green building practices to ensure energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in sustainable design and construction technologies.
Work closely with project teams to implement sustainable practices throughout the entire construction process.
Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Proven experience as a Sustainable Architect with a strong portfolio of sustainable design projects.
In-depth knowledge of green building codes, standards, and certification systems.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance aesthetic design with sustainable practices.
